Stuffed Avocados

2 avocados
50 grams tuna fish
6 tablespoons mayonnaise
¼ onion, chopped
1 tablespoon tomato sauce
Salt and pepper to taste
Halve the avocados, empty out the flesh, and save the peels to be filled.
Chop the avocado, mix with the tuna, onion, and the remaining ingredients.
Fill the avocado skins with the mixture.
Add shrimp for a more sophisticated flavor (optional).
Serve cold with some sort of garnish. Place a peeled shrimp on the top (optional).
