Coffee made in a clay pot with chocolate

6 cups drinking water
2 sticks 10 cm long of cinnamon
3 whole cloves
4 tablespoons of grated piloncillo (brown sugar cone) or muscovado sugar
2 discs stone ground chocolate
1 cup ground coffee
Heat the water in a pot over a medium flame. When it boils, reduce the heat and add the cinnamon, cloves, piloncillo or muscovado sugar, and the chocolate.
Boil for 15 minutes, stirring constantly.
Add the coffee, stir, and turn off the stove. Wait until the coffee settles in the bottom of the pot.
Strain and serve hot.
