Ingredients: 
1 plump goat, 5 to 7 kilos
Salt
Hot charcoal
Preparation: 
Clean the goat and season with salt. Let rest.
Insert a 1.5 m rod through the entire length of the goat, following the spinal cord.
Stick the rod in the ground near the charcoal with the head down and the back toward the heat. Once this side is cooked, turn the goat so the ribs are near the heat and leave it until cooked.
Turn the goat around and cook the legs and back side. Turn it again and cook the legs and kidney area side.
