Ingredients: 
1/2 kilo rice
1 can condensed milk
1 can evaporated milk
1 cup milk
100 grams raisins
2 cups hot water
Vanilla extract
Preparation: 
Soak the rice in hot water for 5 minutes.
Boil the rice with the crushed cinnamon.
When soft, add the cans of condensed and evaporated milk.
Heat over a low flame; after 5 minutes add the cup of milk and vanilla.
Simmer until the rice is cooked.
Preparation
Serve in a bowl and sprinkle with ground cinnamon. Decorate with a strip of stick cinnamon, raisins, or a pod of vanilla beans (optional).
