Meticulous when it comes to details, Patricia Quintana, more than a chef, is a passionate businesswoman who explores new frontiers and recognizes no limits. Gavilla, the brand name of her line of salad dressings, marinades, and sauces, today offers sixteen products. At the same time, Patricia, who headed her own restaurant Izote from 2000 to 2013, is a collaborator on TV programs and writes articles on cuisine for various media. Versatility and quality are her maxims.
Trained by prestigious chefs in Europe, she has materialized her knowledge in Mexico and has taught many the sophistication of Mexican food, as a daughter of this land, but also as an heir to nouvelle cuisine.
